"When working for Providian, you were rewarded for your good work, what I like about that was not the reward, but how the company selected and acknowledged it. Sr management would send out a and a broadcast e-mail to all branches company wide."

"You must be honest, team player, and a hard worker."

What don't you like about working at WaMu?

"I left the company when Providian policy changed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not have anything to say about upper management, I was very pleased to have worked for them."
