"Dismissive attitude towards any human that is not a Caucasian male. Yes, you could be a white guy and a complete BUSH like screw up and still get promoted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ha Ha. They didn't listen... that was my job to watch them screw it up and then have to clean it up and keep my mouth shut too. HATED IT!!"
