"Enterprise Technology at The Walt Disney Company is by its nature world-class. Disney is able to attract the best talent at the top of their game, and it was an honor to work with the best and brightest. I worked as a contractor before getting a project hire. My coworkers were always helpful and kind, and it was nice knowing that I was able to contribute to the magic."

"I worked in the FastPass department on the Android library for the park app as a contractor for a specific project. The compensation was excellent but there was a lot of bureaucracy related to the specific project I was working. It is hard to say if other teams and projects experience the same things."

Electronics Technician

"Most co-workers are great to work with. The shift work is predictable, but generally enough projects to go around, depending on your work ethic. You are treated well generally, but not too many options of moving up in the company at first.. Very strict department because your are dealing with the public, Plus, since we have so many labor unions, you need a tough skin and short memory for survival."
