What don't you like about working at Walt Disney Company?
"I was an intern, and the company has a maximum 7 month hiring policy. I didn't like the fact that regardless of how good I was and how much I enjoyed the job, I could not stay after 7 months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I had a great manager. He was instructive but not imposing. He was funny and relaxed, but he also demanded the highest quality of performance. My only suggestion was that I wish I was guided a bit more when I first started the position. There were times when I didn't quite know what I had to do. Thankfully that was resolved quickly."
