"screaming children, people who did not respect me because I was a waitress, screaming manager who put down staff."

"I suggested having harder repercussions for staff including management who did not respect other staff and customers"

"Tips are not enough to live on and there are no medical benefits"

"The one thing I do not like about my job is that I do not have health benefits."

"A suggestion I would have for management is to try to incorporate a health plan for full time employees."

"Fantastic food, with great staff, with flexible hours, so I could work and pay for my rent while in college."

"Not much room for growth, as the management stayed there for years."

"The way the store I am currently at is ran and how the managers seem to have their favorites that they let down what ever they like."

"The staff was laid back and friendly, task-oriented, team-oriented, and meals/pay were nice."

"They prefer bilingual applicants so both English-speaking and Japanese customers are best served."

"The environment was old and appeared unclean although it was clean by inspection standards."

"I do not have suggestions. The owner is preparing for retirement. If he weren't I would suggest leasing a new building or renovation."

"I did not like the fact that there was no growth opportunity. Once a waitress, always a waitress."

"Working nights and other holidays. not being able to get time of when needed"

"none at this time. I feel they are doing what needs to be done"

"The people. Good tables and tips every now and then. Not worth the hours and oppression."

"Have fun selling your time and energy. Good for college students, but I need more in life."
What don't you like about working at T.G.I Friday's?
"The oppression and the mundane feeling of doing the same thing everyday. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. I was going insane."

"I would push my workers to do their best. My manager would yell if we messed up. I worked for a casual American restaurant, not a five star."
What do you like about working at IHOP?
"I like the people I work with. I like how flexible they are with the hours. Also, I like interacting with the costumers and meeting new people everyday."

"Be nice and presentable, they mostly hire people who are good with talking to complete strangers."
What don't you like about working at IHOP?
"I feel like nobody really cares about their job because they aren't really that professional there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make sure we never run out of what we are serving, I would be a little more professional for more respect, I wouldn't just leave the store when I feel like my shift is over."

"The relaxed environment, my awesome co workers, and the great tips."

"Being a team player is everything. So is working hard."

"My direct manager doesn't actually hold that official title even though everyone knows that she is. This makes some people more bossy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More accountability and organization. Tammy wouldn't be a manager for sure."
