"For the time I was there, very happy. I do like how they gave us time to look at the commission payout report and ask questions beforehand. They keep it very open so you can take your calculator and run through the numbers on your own to verify everything. If anything came up, they always worked to fix it. No complaints there. Base salary was okay and is especially needed when you first start and don't have your accounts warmed up yet."
