"a lot of young folks, much better than usual for IT shops female/male ratio, relatively high bonuses for IT professionals, very good upper management, still dynamic company despite its size"

"the interviews can be harder than in IT shops, they may resemble slightly the investment bank interviews, but not as hard"

What don't you like about working at Markit Group?

"investment banks pay higher bonuses for the same kind of job, my personal career direction wasn't aligned well with what was actually going on, so-so middle management, no relocation support from HR, company's maturing which brings its own minuses"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"keep an eye on middle management, i.e. directors level. top guns and VPs are normally very good."

"Bank of America has foresight of looking at cutting technology and empowers its employees to always be professional and balance work with education."

"Large institute, fast pace and has lost its way to being recognized for one of best known products, it listens but slow in taking re actions and corrections. It is losing its talent in staff reduction. These are the people that have the professional leadership that would take BOA to the next level so much needed today."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would not remove your cornerstones being your long tenure employee, these are the people that will give your company 110 % , and still look how they can best improve process and these employees that have over fifteen or more years are your foundation and can see the future. Yet they have been laid off , they are excellent consultants for nurturing your new cooperate citizens to mold of tomorrows they are the mortar of this large institute."
