"Get back to your roots, and print ink on paper for a reasonable price. Technology is beyond many of the production workers."

"Make sure you are flexible and have an entrepreneurial spirit and recognize what makes the company money and what costs the company money. Do not approach the position with a 9-5 mentality."

"I do not care for the physical labor aspect of the position. I often dismantle product and load into trucks in off hours and store in a warehouse or re-assemble at another client location."

"None. The owner is doing a good job, he has found a niche market and doing a good job in building his business. He is maturing in his role and has effectively learned to manage the processes and trust in his people."

"The people and the product are like no other. The brand has it's own reputation and being part of such a wide sweeping brand and culture shift was rewarding."
