"Very limited resources. However, this really pushes me to be even more creative than I would normally be, which has pushed me to come up with new ways to do things, which has mostly led to even greater results."

"The fact they eliminated my position. I was helping the team and showing results."

"Change the culture. The sales team had no accountabilities. They were all clock watchers who had been there 20+ years."

"Bureacracy prevented any creativity or cooperation by setting goals that do not encourage cooperation or sharing of resources. R&D funds were not spent on new products but maintenance to meet oil and gas contracts."

"The product is non-existant. CEO does not understand technology or sales. CEO over commits to the BOD. Little to no support."

"Put a CEO in place that understands how to build and grow a business. Don't boil the ocean - select a virtical and be great at 'one' thing instead of trying to be everything to everyone."
