"The management was neglectful and belittled me at every turn. I was never given any opportunities to learn or grow, and I felt like I was just a cog in the machine. I was constantly anguished by the thought of going to work every day. I once asked for training on a new recruiting software. I was told that there was no budget for training and that I should just figure it out on my own. This made it very difficult for me to do my job effectively, and I felt like I was constantly swimming upstream."

If you want a company that will treat you like you are valued and will have your back, DON'T APPLY HERE. This is a cut-throat, dog-eat-dog environment and you have to be prepared to deal with that."
