1 The management was neglectful and belittled me at every turn. I was never given any opportunities to learn or grow, and I felt like I was just a cog in the machine. I was constantly anguished by the thought of going to work every day. I once asked for training on a new recruiting software. I was told that there was no budget for training and that I should just figure it out on my own. This made it very difficult for me to do my job effectively, and I felt like I was constantly swimming upstream.

2 Management is not effective and the environment is toxic. They promise an extensive training process, but training is "Just do it!" and video calls. If you want a company that will treat you like you are valued and will have your back, DON'T APPLY HERE. This is a cut-throat, dog-eat-dog environment and you have to be prepared to deal with that.

1 The management and compensation are terrible. The management is terrible because most of the managers are inept and unsupportive. Also, some of them are too arrogant and toxic toward employees.
