"The clients that I had a chance to work for."

"Fun for awhile until they work you to death. Then they will just throw you to the side no matter how good of a job you do. They dont care."
What don't you like about working at VML?
"They work their people until they are burnt out and they dont care because you are replaceable. Stop the Boys Club mentality. There are cliques at the workplace and if you dont fit in then dont plan on moving up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to get actual people skills. Not look at you like they are better than you."
