"Great place to learn. However management has been a never ending rotating door of incompetence. Projects are always started late, parts and fab components constantly missing or incorrect. When a customer arrived to a system that is incomplete, the running joke from supervisors is to put on the "smoke and mirrors". Which literally consists of hiding issues, lying to the customer, and praying they don't ask too many questions. Too much travel with no benefits to or say from the employee. Frequently you will be sent somewhere for a few days, and end up staying for a few weeks!"
