"I worked for Vivial for just under 12 years. They were an average company to work for. In my particular department, there were little to no opportunities to move up within the organization. The pay was low to average. There were some politics within the organization, but nothing out of the ordinary. Benefits were decent including a fully-vested 401k match of 4%. Overall, I loved the people I worked with, but it's a sales-driven company, and of course support is considered a needed liability in that scenario, so they keep wages as low as possible with only two small raises in that time period, and no COLA."
