"I watched Vitec go from profitable to losing most contracts and closing offices in just couple years. Remaining offices are overworked with minimum staffing of inexperienced technicians, caused by high turnover, only pay $14 an hour to the techs that are the backbone of their business. The techs soon leave for a job that will pay them per their experience and thus Vitec gets the bottom of the barrel and provides no formal training. I guess this is what happens when Daddy gives you a company!"

What do you like about working at VITEC Solutions?

"Nothing, the company enjoys the fruits of others labor, there is no room for advancement, It is poorly run by poor choice of upper management including both owners."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"STAY AWAY......I'd rather shovel horse droppings from a barn, but an interview is not likely as long as you can breathe and have two legs, you're hired."

What don't you like about working at VITEC Solutions?

"Everything, The company is stretched thin and works you knowing you won't leave because you have bills to pay, then when you finally do, no problem they will replace you with a temp or someone else who is desperate for a paycheck, if most of their business was not contract they would have no work. The suckers get locked in for a few years then eventually do not consider VITECS bids for service again. The company is run by a kid and a dirty womanizing used car salesman."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Like the last review says. Start over. Starting with the top 3 people."

"Bad place, worse people. Awful awful stuff. Do yourself a favor and work at McDonalds."

What do you like about working at VITEC Solutions?

"Not much. There isn't much to like. it is a poorly run company with terrible management, and shoddy technicians."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is better work out there, the post office is probably hiring. This company will crash and burn."

What don't you like about working at VITEC Solutions?

"No one in upper management has any experience in the field, therefore, many decisions are made non-informed. They do not give raises, rather, they fire and then replace. Short of upper management, no one in the company has had a raise in two years, even though the company had better years than ever before, increasing their bottom line by cutting essential services and quality technicians. Rather shoddy record keeping,and very guilty of scamming either vendors or customers to get what they need. i.e., charging customers for warranty work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over. The poor decisions on who to promote , and the even worse decisions of those promoted which have been made over the last 5 years are affecting your standing with both your clients, and within."
