"The company appears to be rather flexible with instant employment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviews work just like any other interview. You show up dressed (polo and khakis), you wield a smile and state relevant skills to the position. Usually you'll have an interview with one manager from ViTec and another from whoever they're contracted with."

What don't you like about working at VITEC Solutions?

"Lack of communication within the division. Just because you may work for this company, doesn't mean they acknowledge you as a Temp. They hire strictly on single job contracts. If you're taken from that contract, you cannot work on another job for them. They also have very high turnover rates due to laying people off without warning or coaching. If they find that you are not doing the job to their standards, they do not tell you about it. They quickly fire you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is fairly laid back. However, they do not coach their employees. If the employee is found doing something that they do not like, they do not tell the employee; even if the employee is unaware to what it is they're doing wrong. They terminate their employment and hire a new person and start the process all over."
