"The amazing new product we get in freight each day. Coming up with new ways to style and merchandise."

"Lots of big personalities that you work with on a daily basis. District and Corporate are the same."

"It can be stressful when the manager always rushes you to complete tasks. Nothing gets done correctly when you are rushed. Lot's of micromanaging for no reason."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Shouldn't have teammates pay rate be based on commission. Guests typically get overwhelmed by aggressive sale tactics. We know that you are helping the guest by making sure they don't miss out on our coolest product, but we lose a lot of dollars on those people who won't step foot into a Buckle because of this. Also, many guests are overwhelmed by so much random product. Create an amazing retail environment, and participate more within social media,. This is huge and would make many negative opinions that people have towards Buckle change. Show strong sales tactics through online social media and websites, not in store."

"You ideas are not even considered your expierence gained from working in other jobs will not be helpful here you are told that we are bean we do things are own way so get use to it"

"I would allow more feedback from the stores on products and allow them to have input on product assortment"

"I loved the work and the compensation at Banana Republic. The company was in major restructure mode, and the leadership changes were often and many, which I did not enjoy."

"good for freelance visual merchandising experience, merchandising fashion-forward product and learning styling techniques"

"don't expect this company to offer more. it is a cheap company."
What don't you like about working at Forever 21?
"pto accrual is ridiculous (close to nothing), no sick daysfor 8-hour shift, only two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch"

"need the RIGHT people in the right roles. need new management. a lot of HR issues being swept under rug"
