"Show how you are unique. Don't try to start at the bottom and then try to work up, it rarely happens successfully."
What don't you like about working at Drexel Heritage?
"Management. Every employee felt like they were not appreciated. High turn over. Unfair treatment of employees. Many disgruntled ex-employees. Low rate of growth. Low pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't just say that you appreciate your employees- really do it. And not just the interior designers, but also the ones that do the dirty work."

"On the outside Ehan Allen looks like a beautiful place to work, but appearances are not always the most important part of a work environment. The way people treat their fellow employees is what keeps a company running smoothly."

"Make sure you get your salary offer in writing or it may not be the same when you receive your first paycheck; and you will have no proof of the agreement which was originally made."

"The management treated employees very poorly and often turned their head when employees treated other employees poorly."

"Do not let other members of management or staff treat fellow employees with disrespect, prejudice, harassment, rudeness, and general poor behaviour."
