"Virginia Tech has a lot of desirability in name and, sadly, in name alone. Working for various sections of the Virginia Tech organization is underwhelming, poorly managed, and they don't, as they claim, offer competitive salaries. They treat their employees as expendable, useless resources, and they follow by making it clear that they do not have any sympathy. And this is from someone who voluntarily left them on good terms, I was not fired, I was not laid off."
