"VIPKID is a great company to work for. Sometimes the hours available to work can be exhausting in the eastern time zone, as China is 12 hours ahead. The pay is great for working from home. But, sometimes it takes several months for a someone's schedule to fill up like they want it to. You have to gain regular students that book you each week. Being consistent and punctual is a key factor for this company."
