"I've worked for VIPKIDs since July 2018. I enjoy the fact that I get to work from home but, since headquarters is based out of China, there are employment policies that I really don't agree with. Often times I feel like just a number. I realize this is normal in large companies of the such but, as a mom and a typical, working human being, I feel mistreated a lot. They make it a point to take money that you have worked hard for AWAY from you if you are even a few minutes late for classes and that is ridiculous."

"VIPKID is a great company to work for. Sometimes the hours available to work can be exhausting in the eastern time zone, as China is 12 hours ahead. The pay is great for working from home. But, sometimes it takes several months for a someone's schedule to fill up like they want it to. You have to gain regular students that book you each week. Being consistent and punctual is a key factor for this company."
