Though the people are friendly, the environment is relaxed and some of the perks are great, the company is plagued by favoritism and high toxicity. Advancing within the company seems to be based on who can kiss butt the hardest or who the bosses like the most personally."

"I have worked at Village Capital & Investment since September of 2019. I am currently managing the sub-servicing relationship with one of the largest sub-servicing agents in the nation. Working with a large sub-servicer is very challenging and requires patience and positive collaboration. In a very short time period, I created a very stringent servicing oversight program which was immediately implemented. As a result, I have currently saved and increased cash flow by hundreds of thousands of dollars for my current employer.
