"I enjoyed working with the doctors. This was all new and exciting for me and the office was a very upbeat and fun place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"the doctors retired and the office is now owned by someone new. If I were to suggest someone to interview there then I would make sure and tell them to check to see if they have a new hire program in place."

What don't you like about working at Vik Chiropractic Clinic?

"I didn't like that the dostor's weren't spending time mentoring me. When I took the job there I really expected to be mentored but would receive comments like, Just tell the patient's the facts or Trust your instincts I found this to be truly useless and very often felt like a fish out of water."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they take more time with the new staff anf implement a training program with a checklist of accomplishments to be completed."
