"Be straightforward, be passionate, be honest. Exhibit appropriate eye contact and be aware of your body language. Come in with intent to bring something to the table, and act as if you were already talking to your boss!"
What don't you like about working at Video Only?
"The lack of communication within levels of management. Threats made when you have an off month. Never knowing when products will arrive, and being forced to tell customers lies when they ask when a back-ordered product was to arrive. The possibility of losing your management position when under performing even once."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To bring a new model of communication to the Founder. Once a real form of communication and transparency is formed the workforce will trust you and will work harder for you! Threats and backstabbing will cause hardening! Avoid it and build relationships."
