"I appreciate the work and dedication that I had put into ViaSun Corporation where my coworkers appreciated my work and I could feel like a family with them. They cheered me up when I felt down and made me feel welcome no matter the time of day. The only problem that ViaSun has is that they focus on production too much, give little benefits for most of their employees and the management is stuck in the thinking of 5 to 10 years ago. I believe with the management they have they push away hard working individuals who want to be given a chance. I also believe that with given the chance the company can be improved and brought to the modern times in terms of thinking and not technology. They are focused on production, improving their technology and sometimes forget about their employees in the middle."
