"Yes. I would ask specifically how do they measure success for a person and its position. Ask for the goals of the position and determine if they are viable. I would also ask what is the clear strategy of the office."

What don't you like about working at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin?

"While it is understanding given the current business climate, I believed that the company focused too much on a person's billability and the P/L of a project to the point it became detrimental. Not enough focus was put on the client and the project itself and caused a number of clients to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that the company return to its roots which made is successful for a number of years and a choice of employment. It needs to change is benchmark measurements of success to client and employee satisfaction where as today there is too much emphasis on an employee's billability."
