"I was hired in 2004 part time at first. Promoted to team leader as well as full time soon after. Won the employee of the year in 2006 and many more awards throughout the years. Most of the equipment is at least 20 yrs old and most broken or patched. Corporate level unconcerned of store level issues. Store is very understaffed and on 2-6-17 company let most full time specialists go without notice or severance package. Now stores are struggling with the overwhelming amount of work without experienced staff."
