"The Doctors are great and some of the staff is nice. Its a decent working/learning environment"

"This is a horrible company to work for. Don't waste your time."
What don't you like about working at Alta View Veterinary Clinic?
"The office manager who owns the practice is mentally ill and she screams and yells about random things. The clinic never has supplies and everything is about money for her. If you value your sanity you would never work here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go to a psychiatrist. Take responsibility for your own faults and deal with issues in an appropriate manner. Also, having family work for you is not a good idea, especially when they are incompetent."

"Taking care of the animals, and educate clients how to keep them healthy"

"Working with animals its a great experience, knowing that ur helping them to feel better educate their owners how to care and take care of their pets"

"Assisting Veterinarian euthanas animals, seeing animals abuse, not keeping the working area clean"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work more in advertising the clinic, keep the excellent customer service"
What do you like about working at Beltway Animal Hospital?
"I like caring for animals and bonding with them. I also enjoy meeting new people and educating then on animal health."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not accept a job from this company. You will regret it the very day you start working. Dont take it personally if you dont get hired. Find yourself lucky to have been spared the abuse and neglect they practice on their employees."
What don't you like about working at Beltway Animal Hospital?
"The owners seem to care more about money then their employees and clients. The employers can be very unprofessional and refuse to cross train the current employees in other areas of the Veterinary field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend more time teaching the employees rather then ridiculing and disrespecting them. I also think the owners should treat all employees as equals and add incentives for going above and beyond their daily duties."

"It isn't a negative workplace it is just the base salary earnings that doesn't satisfy the wa of living to those who have expenses"
What do you like about working at Ridgewood Veterinary hospital?
"Working with animals and caring for them, examining them and assisting DVM with the patient. And of course I do get along and work well with all supervisors and co-workers. I love working there its a good atmosphere."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, just make sure you ask all the right questions and that it fits your budget and expenses of living because if it doesn't then please look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at Ridgewood Veterinary hospital?
"It has nothing to do with working there because it is a great experience and the people there are kind and easy to work with. IT IS LACK OF BENEFITS AND SALARY."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"well see the thing is that it isnt a big company it is a private owned facility so it is hard to make it big unless if they suggest that other DVM around he area joins in and puts money toward the practice and have co-owners etc to build more cliental and make the practice earn and invest more money and then of course due to a growth of cliental will then help the employees earn a much better salary."

"The veterinarian was not a people person."
