"I have worked for Vesy for the past 7 years. It is a great company to work for, but the workforce is very traditional and isolated. I have known entire families to work there for many years. Also, it would be helpful if the company provided some more training for its workers. Management is definitely strict, but they care about the employees. It was always convenient to get help with pay, benefits, etc. Most of the people in the organization are definitely dedicated to the agricultural industry."
