"It is a great gateway job for any IT/helpdesk/project management/quality position. Best taken if you are single with no other demands on your time besides the job. Basically your life becomes that job. It pays off in the long run with the best work experience."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"The job doesn't leave much time to spend with family at the end of the day. You're mentally drained and too tired to do anything. The schedule is not flexible enough to create a healthy balance for a newcomer. Only after you've earned your seniority do the days off come.(4yrs+)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a heart. People are not robots. Loosen up on the performance scale and your employees will be stress-free and serve your customers better."
