"Fire your management staff. Bring in bright, fresh faces with big, open minds. Replace your existing bureaucratic personnel over five years with real creative problem-solvers. Punish cruelty. Reward excellence."

"Management determined that I was outspoken. Hence, they hired three managers to browbeat and harass me. They were cruel and sadistic. I have never witnessed such treatment in my entire life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire any manager who mistreats an employee. Develop internal complaint systems for notification of abuses. Do not hire or promote bureaucrats. Reward innovation wherever you find it. Develop independent systems for auditing real performance and productivity."
