"Don't even think about getting a well paid management position unless you are capable of miracles, because a miracle is what this company needs to meet its goals."

"The company no longer treats employees like a valuable resource. We are an expendable commodity that they terrorize and dispense of like toilet paper."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make working for the company a satisfactory experience for everyone, not just the people at the top. I would make sure that everyone is compensated well for what they do, and not take away the things that make employees happy. I would stop running the company from a standpoint that makes the employees hate the customers and vice versa. I would remove our relationship with Apple and make sure that products we carry are not something that bankrupts our business."

"I really enjoy the learning experience. The cell phone industry is always changing and I love to learn new things. I also love the people I work with. They make my job a lot easier."

"I wouldn't recommend working for Verizon Wireless."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"I feel they don't care about their managers. We are required to work 40+ and get very little to no compensation, and when I became a manager I was employed for Alltel Wireless when Verizon took over. I lost $20,000 a year because they lowered our commission payout."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay employees properly, show them you appreciate them, don't make them work 13 straight hours, and give them the help they ask for instead of telling them they are doing good enough."
