"It is a part of Verizon and shares a bright future with the overall company. The leadership have a strong vision and have shown that they can execute on it. Verizon Connect has had multiple acquisitions and several overlapping products that it is slowly merging together but there still isn't clear line of sight to getting this done. The technical resources are really knowledgable and they communicate well. The parent company is going through a major transformation of how they are structured to improve their service to customers and in fall 2019 there still needed to be some shaking out of this to best help customers. This is something that should be closed soon."
