"Provide better opportunity for employees there is a lot of talent in my co-worker and they don't have opportunities."

"Verisk is a company that cares for their employees. They encourage their employees to take advantage of other company-provided benefits (e.g. flu shots, wellness programs, etc.). They also allow for other Programs (e.g. Weight Watchers). Overall, the company is great place to work!"

While they moved toward an Agile/Scrum environment they did lack an open and collaborative environment. Verisk offers a great platform from individuals looking to start out in the industry or getting employment after college. They offer a nice internship program, and end up hiring returning employees."

"I’ve worked for Verisk for 3 months currently. They have great departments & co-workers that excel at the tasks that are presented to them. Management is very shaky and the plans they roll out are always changing last moment. Currently a contractor, I don’t know the direction they take and I’m been in a position where they just have you there and discard you because they don’t know what they’re doing. Senior leadership is very effective, but some of the business unit presidents are a little weak. Overall a good company with sound businesses."
