There are several divisions within the company and management is always providing employees with resources they can use to further their learning/skills. Senior leadership is very effective, but some of the business unit presidents are a little weak. Overall a good company with sound businesses."

Management is very shaky and the plans they roll out are always changing last moment. Currently a contractor, I don’t know the direction they take and I’m been in a position where they just have you there and discard you because they don’t know what they’re doing.
