"There is very less positive to be written about this place. Some people are really nice here but that is it. If anyone who is ready to work below his self respect and be insulted everyday then you can learn and develop yourself here. Every aspect of Verificient is a con. I worked at the Pune office and the work culture here is a mess. They do not respect women and treat them as slaves. They ask women to work alone amongst other males till 4 am in midnight. They don't if someone is sick instead judge your dignity and character. They have kind of weird culture going in wherein people from Nagpur (city in India) are given preference. The site lead is a horrible person and not at all a good manager. He has occasional mood swings and is a man without moral ethics. Disrespects women and treats others as his slaves. No wonder 2 females have left the office within 2 months of joining. He is accompanied by some obsequious people, which along with him are trying to overthrow the management I guess. Also, they ask women to travel in Uber as a cab service at night. Don't have separate washroom for women. The management is useless to give any advice. If you really want one, please remove the Pune site lead and his servile. The office can be a better place."
