"Veria suffers from top-heaviness. The CEO micromanages every part of the company and impedes on the departments' ability to complete their tasks or carry out proven effective measures. There was a sense of departments marking their territories, unwilling to help each other out. The leadership of my department in particular was sorely lacking in talent and honesty, which constantly undermined my hard work."
