Mechanical Designer

"I contracted at Verb Surgical from November 2018 through November 2019. As a pool of designers supporting the various groups. As a contractor, we basically had no future and were limited in getting challenging work. For those of us that could get "adopted" by a group, we could expand on our roles and find more interesting work. They are a growing company, and just moved to a brand new 6-story building, but they still have the challenges of finding the right leadership. With a workforce of about 400 people, the new CEO needs to take charge, and clearly define roles. Depending on which group you work for will greatly determine your ability to function."
