"I've worked for Veoneer since the company spun off from AutoLiv in 2018. The company as well as the auto industry as a whole has had a rough time during the pandemic and there have been many rounds of layoffs. Before the pandemic the company had significant communication issues between upper management and the typical employee. Compensation packages are generous, but issues abound."
