"Challenges, providing Strategic Planning leadership, Change Management and producing results. Had to re-engineer the HR function and provide HR knowledge, credibility and leadership for the company. Developed strong politic acumen for both internal and external of organization due to working for the owner of utility- City of Indianapolis."

What don't you like about working at Veolia Water?

"Politics of City which sometimes did not allow for the right decisions for the business. Prevented competent and quick decision making. Too many leadership changes just for change itself that did not produce results."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Follow Stategic Plan, make changes that have been thought though and evaluated. Develop stronger leaders"
