"Talk to people who work there. There a good groups to work for and there are others. Veolia has become a big company and is so intent on processses that it is the joy in working is being lost."

"Senior managment left something to be desired. Support services were more a hindrance than a help."

"Get a soul. If you want to say that People are our main resource mean it and don't just give it lip service."

"Read the balance sheet to get a better understanding of current debt and directtion of the company"

"The company is going through rebuilding and uncertainty right now. They sold the solid waste division and IT amongst its business units are converging to save costs."

"The suggestions I would have dont matter as senior management has the chosen the path of the company"

"The 12 shifts and having to drive 45 miles one-way."

"Politics of City which sometimes did not allow for the right decisions for the business. Prevented competent and quick decision making. Too many leadership changes just for change itself that did not produce results."

"Follow Stategic Plan, make changes that have been thought though and evaluated. Develop stronger leaders"
