"I worked for Venterra for 5.5 yrs. It's a strong co. with good values. My initial years were more involved w/upper mgmnt. and they were open to suggestions from the field. As the company grew, so did the micromanaging. I would recommend the company to newcomers to the industry interested in working on-site. The upper mgmnt has very little experience outside their Venterra world. The co. definitely has it's pros and cons and is not for everyone. At my level, I wouldn't be interested in returning."
