"Valley Ag Software was not set-up with typical work practices and made employees unsure of their jobs and their duties."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Originally when Valley Ag Software was formed, the owners took a non-corporate approach. It was fine when it was small but it has grown to the point now that they need to take great strides to incorporate structure."
