2Working in the eCommerce department of this company has been the worst job experience of my life. The management of this department is so good at manipulating and playing mind games with people, even the most intelligent person would fall for it. He uses money and promotions as an incentive to make people decide to work for him and continue working for him. The promotion/money is never going to come. He wants everything done for free, only cares about advancing his career, and will make it seem like you are the one preventing yourself from advancing in the company when it is actually him. It is such a shame that I can no longer work here, although I love the company, just because of the director of this department. He is the only person in the entire company who cannot handle stress well and takes out his anger on everyone for no reason. He is extremely passive aggressive. Instead of saying how he feels directly he will make someone else speak for him and try to ignore speaking to whoever he has an issue with. If he does decide to say his opinion directly he will say it in the most unprofessional way possible and use profanity. He thinks no one who works under him can be successful unless they become a clone of him. He thinks everyone who does not agree with him is "high maintenance." He is the worst micromanager I have ever worked with in my entire life because he has horrific trust issues. Every 5 minutes he will ask what you are doing. He does not believe in anyone having "down time." He becomes irritated when you finish all of your work and have nothing to do instead of being impressed by how fast you do your work. He will not let you leave after you finish your work because he does not want anyone to leave before him. He will rush you during your lunch break and gets irritated by you using your phone on your break. He is very sneaky and thinks he gets away with it, but he doesn't. He sees all his coworkers as competition and purposely tries to sabotage them.
