"management, company, no safety, unprofessional, the manager did not have skills, or human resources training."
"After 15 years with this company it just keeps getting worse especially management. If your dad works here move up. They put the wrong people in management especially safety. The best job is inspectors they get longer breaks than shop employees. Welding is very hot during the summer and cold during winter. Leadmen have favorites and discriminate for the most part. I use to be proud of my work here but now I made a bad decision staying."

"Watch out for politics. Be sure what you want. Do not expect an enlightened environment."

"Take my ego out of it. Do a better job of analyzing and developing staff. Decrease emphasis on charisma and more on results and talent."
