"Valdivia is not a great place to work. They employ a number of practices which should warn a job-seeker away. First - they deduct break time from your paycheck even though they no that no one can take a break and be successful in any role at Valdivia. Second - they "are like family", which translates to "you are expected to do parts of your job off the clock" which is simply not okay. Lastly - they pay less than any other Amazon-branded DSP. It's just not a good combination."
"Valdivia is a logistics company contracted with Amazon. They are not competitive with other DSPs in their pay rates. Station and middle management are in constant flux, which can be a double-edged sword. While it makes leadership something of a variable, it can also be somewhat hopeful for those who would seek to rise within the ranks."
