"Make sure you get your compensation in writng, before you start making money for them. Ask to see any cancellations in writing as well."

"My supervisor was completely out of line with his emplolyees. He lacked any amount of professionalismn and often wondered when we would be shut down for misleading our customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more selective as to who you hire to run the day-to-day operations."

"I dislike the customer base, as I sell the vacations to customers and get them excited about traveling, only to have their credit card decline. I performed my job exceptionally, however there is no reward."
