"Hire a professional sales manager with industry experience. Understand the true value of the channel. Understand that business is built upon relationships, not contacts in a database. Be humble, it's not like you can afford to disregard channel relationships when you have not even broke the $100M mark. Setting up your corporate headquarters into a call center when some of your channel partners has thousands of call center sales people. You sell a complex and expensive solution, which cannot always be sold by phone."
