"I love what I do and would not want to imagine doing anything else. development challenges my programming skills while giving me the creative outlet I need. "Great coworkers but prepare for depending on the position you should prepare for a lot of downtime."
What don't you like about working at Commonwealth of Massachusetts?
"Unbearable slow periods. I like to have actual work on my plate so I'm not just siting at a desk collecting a paycheck for nothing. The amount of project delays and scope changes are ridiculous."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend more time interacting with the employees that don't respond directly to you."
