"Be yourself, and present yourself in the most professional light without compromising the uniqueness of yourself."

What don't you like about working at University of Virginia?

"Most of the time departmental politics was only simpleminded backbiting. Also, during this time I began to reconsider my interest in academic life, so obviously I was drifting away from the experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not everyone who goes to graduate school goes there because he or she primarily wants to teach."
